Free Shipping:

  • Stair runners are shipped free of charge, no matter the location.

  • Orders within 30 miles of one of our branches qualify for free shipping, regardless of the items purchased.

  • Orders over £299 are shipped free of charge (excluding artificial grass).

Delivery Fees:

  • Carpets: £19.99 delivery fee applies unless the order is within 30 miles of a branch or totals over £299.

  • Artificial Grass: £49.99 delivery fee applies unless in the 30 miles radius or the order total reaches £500 or more.

Additional Information:

  • All deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.

  • We recommend providing a contact number to assist with smooth delivery.
